Q&A of Human Hair Wefts

Q1. Tangle feeling?
 A1. Commonly, hair extension may get tangled due to dryness, build-up of oil and dirt, using of salt water or  chlorine and not combing for some time. Make sure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week, and  if possible, twice a week would be better. You may use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for further  suggestions.

 Q2. Shedding?
 A2: Dear friend, all hair gets shedding; it's just the difference of more or less, even our own hair sheds, right?  All of our hair weft is double layers and machine made, usually,  its weft is neat enough, however, since you  guys would cut it into pieces before Installation. But just seal the weft again it will be strong enough.

 Q3. How to deal with the odor?
 A3: Some of the clients may talk about the odor when receiving the hair. Dear, there’s  no  need to worry  about this, after co-washing and nursing it for some time, the odor will disappear.

 Q4. How do you know the hair is human hair?
 A4: Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: When it is burnt, human hair has  white smoke and smells like wool burnt, and it turns to ash.

 Q5. Quality?
 A5: Completely 100% virgin hair without any mix. Some clients may talk about the dry ends when they  receive the hair, we would like to clearly state that it’s perfectly normal for human virgin hair to appear in this  way, for it just loses the nutrition and health care for some time. Here’s how you could do with this: nursing it  with some hair oil or other conditioners. There will be no negative effects on the quality of hair.

 Q6.Color difference?
 A6: Many clients may complain about the color differences when receiving the hair. However, dear, please take  this into consideration that all of our products are virgin human hair which means that they come in their very  natural state-beings without any processing, and the color of hair from a person’s to another’s may be  different in some slight way. And the pictures shown on the descriptions are just some samples of the  products. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that each piece of hair’s color will look exactly the same, but we’ll  devote our utmost to avoid this kind of issues. Thanks!

 Q7. How long does it last?
 A7: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it,it will last 6-12 months. Treat it  like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer. Many hair extensionist prefer Brazilian or  Indian hair because it is beautiful and unproce- ssed which makes it last longer than any other kind of hair.

Q8: Can they be straightened, curled?
A8: Treat the hair as if it was your own. Use a flat iron/straightener or tongs, even   when fitted, but as with  your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.

 Q9: Can I dye the hair?
 A9: Yes,the hair can be dyed. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than  to lighter the hair. We  highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring  them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon,  suggest you use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

 Q10: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?
 A10: You can wash them with shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using  a hair treatment on them  every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp,it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a  treatment or hair mask will need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can  be blow-dried on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions  dry naturally after washing them.

 Q11. What type of hair care products should I use?
 A11: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and  conditioning products.  Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and  manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can  also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and  not leave in these products for a long time.

 Q12.Occasions you can go with your new extension?
 A12: Go bathing/swimming, going out in the wind and rain, playing sports and stuff.   You can go with your  new extension on the occasions above; your new hair will look as fabulous as real hair no matter when it’s in  its dry way or wet one. However,   there’s one thing for you to remember: extensive water exposure will  loosen the bonding of hair a lot, so you must carefully dry it afterwards. And if you dig swimming  so much,  I’d like to highly recommend you to put on a cap when you’re swimming.

Q13. Why my order is frozen? What can I do?

A13: There could be risk in your account. The system will verify the payment after  you made the payment to  secure your payment. You may wait patiently for the verification.

 Q14. I cancelled my order, why I still do not receive the refund?
 A14: After the order is cancelled, it takes about 7 working days for the system to  process the refund. How  soon you can get the refund depends on the efficency of your bank.
